When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP no later than October 30, 2026, so that we may provide the venue with accurate guest information, including any dietary restrictions or accessibility needs.

Is there a room block or hotel recommendations?

Which airports should I fly into?

Options include:

Palm Beach International (currently PBI) is the best option, roughly 10–15 minutes away.


Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International (FLL) is about an hour away and often has cheaper fares.


Miami International (MIA) is roughly 1.5 hours away and is the largest hub with the most flight options.

Should I rent a car?

While you are welcome to rent a car — especially if you plan to explore other parts of Florida — Ubers, Lyfts, and taxis are easily accessible and widely available to take you around Palm Beach and West Palm Beach. Many areas are quite walkable (especially Worth Ave.). Shuttles will be provided to transport you to and from the wedding ceremony on January 30.

Will onsite parking be available?

Paid valet parking is available at each venue. Guests staying at or meeting at the West Palm Beach Marriott may use the complimentary shuttle service to The Colony Hotel on the wedding day.

Will the wedding venue be indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony will take place outdoors with dinner and dancing indoors.

What is the weather like in Palm Beach during January?

January is a lovely time to be in Palm Beach! Expect warm, sunny days with average highs around 75F and cooler evenings dipping to the low 60s. Rain is uncommon and humidity is relatively low compared to the summer months

Are the venues accessible?

Yes. All of our venues throughout the weekend are accessible. Please indicate on your RSVPs your specific needs.

What time should I arrive on the wedding day?

On the wedding day, guests are welcome to arrive starting at 5:45 PM for light refreshments. We ask that everyone is seated by 6:15 PM for Havdalah and the Wedding Ceremony.

What if I have dietary needs or allergies?

Please indicate any dietary needs on your RSVP.

Are children invited?

We look forward to celebrating with each of you! Whilst we adore your little ones, we hope to create an intimate adult atmosphere for the ceremony. We trust your discretion in deciding whether all members of your party should attend. Please note any childcare needs in your RSVP.

What time does the party finish?

Bring your dancing shoes — we're dancing late into the night!
